Important information:

 

• submission of abstracts: February 29th, 2024
• notification of acceptance of the abstracts: March 15th, 2024
• submission of full papers: May 15th, 2024
• notification of acceptance of full paper: June 15th, 2024
• deadline for the final version of full papers (after revision): July 10th, 2024

The proceedings of this conference will be published in electronic format in Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering by Springer. Every paper must be an original work that has not been published elsewhere. Each paper needs the registration of at least one author. The official language of the conference (and papers) will be English.

 

Submission of Abstracts:

 

The abstract should be prepared according to the template and submitted by online system.

 Guidelines for full papers:

• full-paper manuscript should be 6 – 8 pages long
• manuscripts should be submitted as a Word file
• all manuscripts should adhere to the style files and template available here.

Authors of selected papers may be invited to submit their extended versions to regular or special issues of Archives of Civil and Mechanical Engineering (IF: 4.4), The Bulletin of the Polish Academy of Sciences Technical Sciences (IF: 1.2), Studia Geotechnica et Mechanica (IF: 0.6).

Extra paid events:

 

• Pre-conference event****: To show you the uniqueness of Wrocław and its riverside character, we invite you to the first house on the water in Wrocław, where, over coffee and snacks, the process of designing, constructing and using this extraordinary house will be presented. During the event, the host of the place will tell you about his experiences, and in the ODRA CENTER located next to it, you will be able to learn about the city’s connection with the second largest river in Poland.

Cost: 40€

One day trip – Lower Silesia Tour****: includes transportation, lunch at the restaurant, visiting the most precious monuments of Lower Silesia, i.a. Evangelical Holy Trinity Church of Peace in Świdnica (listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site), Książ Castle (3rd largest castle in Poland) and Spa Town of Szczawno Zdrój (one of the oldest spa town in Poland).
